Emily Rosenfield is a guitarist, producer, and musical director based out of Los Angeles, CA.

She can be seen and heard on NPR’s Tiny Desk, Saturday Night Live, The Grammys, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge with Olivia Rodrigo, Rina Sawayama, Post Malone, and Yungblud. She has played and toured around the world, including recent performances at Glastonbury Festival, Coachella, Lollapalooza, Summer Sonic, Hollywood Bowl, Reading Festival, and more.

Emily is currently playing guitar for Olivia Rodrigo on the GUTS World Tour, featuring sell-out runs at Madison Square Garden, The O2 Arena, The Forum, and Intuit Dome.

She is honored to have been the first woman to play guitar for the Broadway musical Hamilton. In 2021-22, she held down the guitar chair for the And Peggy company, later going on to perform the show as a dep on London’s West End.

As a session musician, she has played on a diverse array of projects, including Pixar's Luca, Rent: Live on FOX, TV's Good Trouble (Freeform), Wake Up by Fat Tony (Carpark Records), Darren Criss's Royalties (Quibi), and Tan Weiwei: Live at EastWest. She has written, arranged, and produced music for Freeform and Disney Channel, and provided custom music for various podcasts, commercials, and sample packs. In 2021, she collaborated with songwriter Payson Lewis, arranging and co-producing an EP for vocals, guitar, and string quartet.

Emily is a graduate of USC’s Thornton School of Music, having studied in the Studio/Jazz Guitar and Popular Music programs. When not performing live, she works out of her home studio collaborating on and delivering tracks to songwriters, producers, and composers.
